Thoughtful homes
built to an owner’s standard

From building our own home to building for others

Before Luni Homes existed, there was one house, built for Brenda and Chris's own family. The experience shaped everything that followed: an obsessive attention to finishing, a practical eye for structure, and a simple standard that's guided every home since.

If we wouldn't live in it, we won't build it.

Brenda Gachiri

CO-FOUNDER

My background is in business operations and technology, alongside a long-standing interest in residential property and design.

At Luni, I bring a strong design sensibility and an obsessive eye for detail, from the overall planning of our homes to the materials, finishes, textures and details that shape each space.

I care deeply about how everything comes together, and about creating homes that feel cohesive, functional and genuinely good to live in.

Chris Gachiri

CO-FOUNDER

My background is in business, and I bring a practical approach to development with a strong focus on quality and execution.

I pay close attention to the details of how our homes are built and expect meticulous craftsmanship throughout.

I believe that the quality of a home is ultimately reflected in the details, and I am committed to making sure the finished product lives up to the vision we set out to create.

The process behind
every promise

Every Luni development follows the same process, and the same standard, from start to finish. Livability guides every decision along the way, from the site we choose to the day we hand over the keys.
